Supervision
As a AFT / UKCP approved supervisor, I provide a reflective and collaborative space for therapists—whether in training or fully qualified—to explore their clinical work through a systemic lens. I draw on a range of models to support your development, encourage critical thinking, and hold a safe space for exploring dilemmas, relational dynamics, and self-reflection. My aim is to help you feel resourced, thoughtful, and grounded in your practice, with a clear sense of your therapeutic voice and values. In addition to individual supervision, I offer Group Supervision for therapists, practitioners, and professionals from a range of therapeutic backgrounds. These sessions provide a reflective, collaborative space where participants can share their work, explore dilemmas, and learn from one another.
Group supervision encourages rich dialogue, multiple perspectives, and mutual support, while also offering the chance to think systemically about practice, relationships, and the wider contexts we work within. Groups are thoughtfully facilitated to ensure safety, respect, and space for all voices.
