Free Initial Phone Consultation
Choosing the right therapy and therapist is a big decision – it’s really important that you feel comfortable and confident with both. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute phone call to give you a chance to ask any questions and get a feel for how I work.
It’s also a good opportunity for me to hear a bit about what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, so I can be upfront about whether my training and approach are the right fit for your needs. If we’re a good match, we can take things from there – and if not, I’ll be honest about that too.
Fees
Fees are usually talked through during our initial call. I use a sliding scale depending on the type of session – whether it’s individual, couple, family, or supervision.
Session lengths are typically 50 minutes for individual therapy, and 60 minutes for couples or families. If you feel a longer session would be more helpful, this can be arranged in advance. I aim to offer a service that is both flexible and respectful of your time, needs, and resources.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change or unexpected things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you give at least 48 working hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time to someone else who may be waiting.
This policy helps maintain consistency for both of us, and supports the smooth running of my practice. If you have any questions or concerns about this, feel free to discuss them with me.
Cancellations made with less than 48 working hours’ notice, or missed sessions without notice, will be charged at the full session fee. Where possible, I will always try to offer an alternative time that same week, though this can’t always be guaranteed.
