I’m a UKCP-registered Family & Systemic Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Trainer, and Facilitator of Group Reflective Practice. My approach is shaped by over 28 years of diverse experience across clinical, community, and organisational settings — as well as the personal learning that has come through living and working within different cultures. These experiences continue to inform the person and professional I am today, enabling me to offer a thoughtful, responsive, and bespoke therapeutic service.
In addition to my clinical practice, I’ve held a lead teaching role on AFT-accredited systemic training programmes, and regularly provide supervision and consultation to both therapist in training, and qualified psychotherapists, from a range of therapeutic models.
A large part of my work within a social enterprise focused on supporting meaningful organisational change, particularly within local authorities. This involved integrating systemic ideas into everyday practice through training, consultation, individual / group supervision, and carrying out clinical intervention, so the workforce could learn by observing (introducing to the skills of theory into practice) My work also included direct therapeutic interventions with children, families, and adults, alongside the coordination and running of therapeutic clinics. The goal was always to support sustainable, whole-system change that leads to improved outcomes across social care, healthcare, fostering and adoption, and youth justice.
A significant influence on my professional development has also come from my experiences of travel and living within a range of cultural contexts. These encounters have shaped how I understand identity, belonging, personhood, and the many ways people make meaning in their lives. They’ve strengthened my ability to meet people where they are — with openness, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for diverse ways of being.
Alongside my organisational and training work, I run a private practice where I offer therapy to individuals (including children and young people), couples, families, and groups. I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for reflection and growth. Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, a period of change, or simply seeking greater understanding of yourself or your relationships, our work together will be tailored to your needs, drawing on systemic ideas that are responsive to your unique emotional, relational, and cultural context.
I am committed to my own professional and personal development to ensure I continue to offer the very best service to my clients.
